Routes & Pick-Up Sites

Meals On Wheels of Tampa serves neighbors who live within the Greater Tampa area. A snapshot of the service area is below. Click on the double arrow full screen icon to enlarge the map.

The red push-pins identify pick-up sites, where volunteers go to pick up hot bags and coolers. We currently have 112 routes. This map has not been updated due the our fast-paced recipient growth. Many routes will not be listed on this map. We will do our best to correct this map by end of year. 

Each weekday morning, Meals On Wheels of Tampa trucks distribute hot food to pick-up sites across town.

Pick-up sites are designated locations where volunteers go to pick up meals in coolers and hot bags. Pick up times for each site vary between 9:30am and 12:15pm. After volunteers deliver their route, the empty coolers and hot bags are dropped back off at the pick-up site.

All routes cover just a few miles and take about 60 to 90 minutes to complete. Routes may contain an average of 8-12 stops.

Please note: SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERIES ONLY- Volunteers pick up from the Meals On Wheels of Tampa office (5320 North Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33603) between 9:30am-10:30am. Do not go to designated pick-up sites on Saturdays.
