Recipient Program Manager – Full Time

The Recipient Program Manager will plan and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Meals On Wheels of Tampa (MOW Tampa) recipient program.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

3 -5 years experience in case management, social work or counseling

Prior management experience of people and programs

Bilingual, English and Spanish

Strong computer and office skills

Demonstrated ability to organizing resources and establishing priorities

Data Entry Clerk – Part Time

The Date Entry Clerk will assist all Meals On Wheels of Tampa (MOW Tampa) departments (Recipient, Volunteer, Development, Finance) to assure mission critical information is captured, entered and updated into organization databases and/or software programs.

Position Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years related experience

Excellent typing and computer skills

Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Kitchen Program Accountability Lead – Full Time

The Program Accountability Lead will be responsible for completing all production records provided to kitchen staff and drivers; ensuring menus are listed correctly,  serving sizes, daily orders, dates, and special diets are listed accurately for each program. Create and print all special diet orders for each program and ensure they are accurately labeled. Monitor the Kitchen email for program orders, print and provide to the appropriate staff member. Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes. Work closely with Fleet Manager to ensure all production, delivery tickets and program needs are communicated to drivers. Perform manual work in the preparation, production and proper portioning of food when needed.

Acquire State certification training for NSLP and CACFP

Must effectively speak, write, and communicate in English

The Kitchen Staff will perform manual work in the preparation, production and proper portioning of food according to the specific program guidelines under immediate supervision of the Head Chef; May be asked to drive to specific locations to deliver meals to support the overall mission.

Dishwasher – Part Time

A Kitchen Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of all wares including pots, pans and utensils; washing either by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking.
