Bank of America Awards Meals On Wheels of Tampa a $25,000 Grant

TAMPA, Fla. – (April 14, 2011) – Meals On Wheels of Tampa Receives a $25,000 grant from Bank of America to help feed the homebound and seniors in Tampa

Bank of America recently awarded Meals On Wheels of Tampa a $25,000 grant to provide 5,263 meals for the homebound and senior neighbors served by MOW who can not afford to pay the $4.75 per meal cost. Additionally, this grant allows MOW Tampa to expand their delivery area to meet the growing need for services during this challenging economic time for many homebound and seniors. Meals On Wheels of Tampa is extremely grateful for this generous grant and the ongoing partnership with Bank of America.
